I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Lincoln Park due to an unexpected change in circumstances.

- Location: Lincoln Park, Chicago
- Lease takeover: Long-term (preferably more than 3 months)
- Move-in date: Flexible
- Commute: About 20 minutes to downtown
- Rent: $1,595/month (utilities & wifi included)

I recently renewed the lease and had planned to stay, but need to leave the city sooner than expected. It has been a solid place to live, and you would have the option to renew the lease later if you choose to stay.

The area is safe and very walkable, with the river nearby and most daily needs within a few minutes.

- Under 5-minute walk to North/Clybourn station
