Extra Bedroom available in a perfectly located townhouse in Wicker/Pulaski Park! Bedroom is about 9ftx7ft with an extra 3x3 closet space. The shared living area is about 26ftx20ft in total which includes kitchen and living area.

Shared living area is furnished with a couch, coffee table, TV, and TV stand so you don't even have to worry about that! Currently have a two-person bar area serving as a dining table but plan to add some more furniture along the way.

There's also a back-door porch that's unfurnished; the property is only a 12-minute walk from the Division & Damen Blue line stops. ~5 minute walk from the nearest grocery store!

Monthly rent for you would be $1,150 (half of total), not including split utilities. Gigabit internet will be fully covered! If bringing a pet, pet rent would have to be paid by you.

My name's Drew and I just recently moved to Chicago for work! I love to write, read, run, and huge into live music/concerts (indie, alternative, house). I am also an avid language learner (trying to achieve fluency in Spanish), and also love to cook. I am very sociable and prefer to room with someone with great communication skills and also loves to meet new people. I am an early riser and typically work out in the mornings.
