Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to occupy a spacious bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment. The room is down the hall from mine, so there’s a nice amount of privacy.

I have two friendly cats, so the apartment would need to be cat-friendly. The third bedroom is available to share as office space or extra storage if needed.

The apartment is beautiful and located in a lively neighborhood with some of the best restaurants right outside the door. There’s also a park district with a pool directly across the street. Street parking is usually easy to find.

Utilities are not included, but gas and electric are typically reasonable.
