Furnished room for rent

Looking for somebody to take over my lease (it’s in a building where leases are by room). It’s a fully furnished room in a 4-bed 3 bath. One room is empty, so you’ll have a private bathroom as of now. Apartment has a dishwasher, TV and in-unit laundry. Both roommates are respectful, quiet, and out for most of the day. It's on the 10th floor and has huge windows with views of West Loop.

It’s in a convenient area with plenty of grocery shops within a 10 minute walk. The North/Clybourn Red Line stop is 5 minutes away. The building is new. Amenities include a lounge, study area, and terrace with a fire pit where residents socialize most nights (see Post Chicago’s website).

I’m leaving late November and plan to transfer the lease by December, but dates are flexible. The lease ends February 16th, with the option to renew, for flexible term lengths at competitive prices.
