Expected Move-in date: February 1st, 2026. Earlier move-in date is open for discussion at additional prorated cost.

Deposit & 1st Month Rent totaling $900 will be expected on February 1st to sign lease.
Security Deposit = $450
Monthly Rent = $450
Garage is available for an additional $50/monthly
Utilities (Split 50/50) = $150/monthly

The room fits a queen-size bed, a dresser, and maybe a small desk. It has one window. Heads up: The closet is small, but I've provided a clothes hanging rack.

Shared Spaces:
The living room is already furnished with a TV, and guests are welcome! The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans, appliances) that you are welcome to use—just be considerate. Feel free to bring your own items to make the place even cozier!
