I’m moving for a job and looking for a someone to take over my portion of the lease starting April 1. The current lease runs through September 1, with a renewal option available.

About the apartment:

2 bed / 2 bath unit

The available bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom (great water pressure!)

In-unit washer and dryer

High ceilings and lots of counter space in the kitchen w/ dishwasher.

Street parking available

About the roommate:

Very considerate, clean, and communicative. Easy to live with. She is hoping to live with another female roommate.

Pets:

There are two very cute cats in the apartment. Unfortunately, the lease does not allow additional pets.
