The monthly rent for this home ranges from $900 to $1,800, depending on the room type and single or double occupancy. This property is truly exceptional. We also offer private furnished rooms starting at $800 per month across our other three homes in the West Beverly area. Inquire for more details. All of our homes are all-inclusive, which includes WiFi, in-home laundry units, completely furnished rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen for your use.

If you like to rent the whole two-bedroom home between now and May 31st, the monthly rent is $2,200 with a $200 non-refundable deposit if future date.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of the 103rd Rock Island Metra station and Starbucks. The Metra train provides a quick, 22-minute commute to downtown Chicago at LaSalle/Van Buren, not far from UIC.

Beverly is a historic Irish-American neighborhood known for its welcoming community and beautiful surroundings.
