I currently live here w my 2 cats. who are sweet btw and they have a feline virus so sorry, but no other kitties please.. for their own protection.

It's a 2 flat brownstone with the landlords living upstairs.
Honestly the vibes here are relaxed chill, so please... help us keep it that way.
Mostly furnished apartment. Don't mind the random storage in the living room.. they'll go back in the basement soon. 😅
Gas is included in rent and electricity and internet is pretty much in my name. Lmk if you like that arrangement. I'm open to switching it around. But we both go halfway on the bills... and chores. Let's chat to see what we can do.

If you cool w it, come sign this lease w me lol btw the $300 move-in fee with another $50 for the background check go to property owners. Once y'all agree to room with me, I'll pass you to the property owners to get cleared by them.
