Looking for Roommate

This house has 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, I am the owner and occupy 1 of the bedrooms and my bathroom is in the basement. There is an open room on the 2nd floor along with a full bathroom that would be strictly yours. There is a closet in the bedroom and also in the third room there is multiple build in closets that would could use also. There is a 2.5 car garage that you could have a parking spot in along with some storage space. There is a washer / dryer also. Internet, gas, water is included in the rental price. This would be a great opportunity for any city worker that needs immediate housing for the start of an academy or any college student as Chicago State is 13 mins away. Close access to the Metra train and CTA station as well. This house is off 76th / Damen and really quiet neighborhood mostly CPD, CFD and County Sheriffs reside nearby. I have owned this house for 4 years now and never had an issue with any of the neighbors. I am recently separated and currently have no roommates just two dogs that stay in the basement. The room would be available in the middle of December. Employer, background check and reference check would be completed for obvious reasons. Any questions feel free to ask.
