We are empty nesters looking to rent one out of 3 spare room in a 3100 SQ ft home. You'll have your own BR- double sink. Bedroom large with lots of closet space, fully furnished . Plenty of kitchen space and you'll have your own fridge in the family room. No carpet except for the stairs. . Tenant has to be responsible, clean, relaxed and pleasant, and preferably female.
0.5 mile from downtown AHeights and you can walk or bike to stores of your choice- Trader Joe's, Jewel, Tony's, Marshall, Costco etc.
If you love tennis or pickleball, there are several courts behind the house.
