WHEN: April 1st - June 30th, 2026 (3 months)(Finishing previous tenant’s term with new lease) We both are undecided if we will resign another year from there, but you will have that option. A move in of March 16th (or after) can also be arranged.

PLACE: 3 bedroom/1bath apt, living room, sun room, pantry, back room/storage. Bedrooms are all about 12 by 12 ft. Central AC. Shared coined laundry in basement. Top floor. Building has 2 other units. Chill neighbors, sweet landlady. 5 minutes from Kimball Brown Line and lots of restaurants.

US: 39 yr old male bartender/artist, a 27 yr old male. Both work 3-4 days/week and home when not at work. We are financially stable and reasonably clean. Occasionally will have a single guest by, but not really into having a lot of people over on the regular. However, there is a nice space in the back for hosting for those occasions. Usually in our rooms. LGBT Friendly. 420 friendly.

YOU: All your furniture fits in your room. Not much room for more. Cat is negotiable, but no dogs. All the obvious stuff like being respectful, cleaning after yourself, paying on time, and taking part of household duties.
