This is my home that I'm lucky enough to have

There are rules in this home there are no overnight guests as we share a bathroom and a one-bedroom house no guests more than two can stay past 6:00 at night and I would prefer a female because quite frankly I just trust that they'll pay their bills more than I do a male I currently sleep in the living room and get up pretty early so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone but the bathroom is in the main bedroom which is what is for rent you can turn it into your own little living room if you want or hopefully if you are a single female we could get to know each other enough to where you just would hang out with me and keep me company that's kind of what I'm looking for and that's more of a friend than a roommate but it doesn't have to be anything physical just someone to talk to if that makes any sense at all would prefer a female single between 36 and 46 whether we end up together or not just want somebody to be company with and talk to watch a movie with I'm too tired for a lot of stuff these days and I need to make some money to pay for the house things have gotten expensive so it would be nice to have a friend that was also helping with bills
