I own the trailer the trailer not trailer not the land. The room rent is 600 plus electric each month. I have a dog he is my rescue baby. Small shared living room , Bathroom an kitchen. Im pretty laid back, enjoy my music it feeds my soul. I like a clean house for the most part, must pick up after yourself. Have a small yard, BBQ, covered pourch with chairs we will both need to rake and bag leafes that time of year, w*ed wack, shovel, ect. My fur baby is a rescue and he is NOT good with other animals so unfortunately no pets allowed. However he LOVES PEOPLE an kids, an loves to PLAY! I am a smoker but smoke on porch. Have a small bathroom with a shower, tub an stackable washer an dryer.
This is a JUDGMENT FREE ZONE ALL ARE WELCOME. I'm needing a roomate due to the tragic loss of my husband and best friend. This world is expensive especially if you are alone. I have a very hard time sleeping so I'm up late most night's either watching movies or listening to music or painting, I've got head phones.
