Room for Rent in Cozy Single-Wide – Dog Lovers Only! 🐾
​The Room & Home:
I have a private bedroom available in a cozy single-wide home. The room can come with a mattress, or I can empty it out if you have your own bed.
​Make it Yours: You can paint the room however you want—go crazy! I want you to feel completely at home and make the space your own.
​Perks: Designated parking spot included, in-unit washer and dryer, shared bathroom (with a shower/tub combo), and a great covered porch!
​Yard: Small yard with a 6ft wooden privacy fence.
​Note: I have previously smoked inside, but I am transitioning to smoking outside only and am washing down all the walls before move-in so it is completely fresh for you!
​The Financials:
​Rent: $600/month flat rate. (This covers your half of the room, water, trash, Wi-Fi/internet, and the high Avista electric bills from summer AC and winter heating!)
​Move-In Cost: First month's rent ($600) plus a $500 refundable security deposit is required before move-in.
​About Me & My Vibe:
I am a 46-year-old woman. I am probably a bit of a stickler when it comes to keeping the shared spaces clean, but I am super lax about pretty much everything else! You are totally welcome to have friends over, rock out to your music, and just do you. I am a night owl/insomniac, so I am awake most nights doing quiet hobbies like painting or baking with headphones on, but I am very respectful of sleep schedules.
​I also have a sweet rescue dog. Because of my dog, I absolutely cannot accept any other pets, and my new roommate must be a dog lover!
​What I’m Looking For in a Roommate:
​Open to Anyone: I have no preference on age or gender—anyone is welcome to apply!
​Cleanliness: Must pick up after yourself in the shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathroom).
​Teamwork: Willing to split basic household chores, including seasonal yard work like shoveling snow and raking leaves.
​Respectful but Fun: Someone who pays rent on time and respects shared boundaries, but also wants to feel comfortable and at home in the space!
