Private, unfurnished room and bathroom - Photos Included show a Furnished Room, but I'm offering an Unfurnished space. Bath also has 2 Doors. One going into the Room directly and the other to the shared Hallway. You can lock one of the doors to ensure more privacy.

Lease can be extended if we get along well
