Room for rent in a nice, quiet neighborhood

Rent is $850 + utilities (which average $125 a month)

Current tenants are my husband and I, and our pets (a cat and a small dog) in a quiet suburban neighborhood, and we would love stable, friendly and clean roommate(s). We are F(31) and M(30), he works full time and I do school online (so at home) full time. We are both in our early 30s, so renting to someone between the ages of 25 and 45 would be preferred. 12 month lease also preferred.

**We have one tenant in the room upstairs who will be moving out at the end of April. At that point both of the rooms will become available if you have a preference on upstairs or downstairs.**

We are very clean and organized, have a big backyard with a trampoline and shed, and would love it if our roommates could become our friends, or at least live in peace with us. This is not a party house, and hope that potential roommates will be clean/tidy, responsible and respectful.

A (fixed) cat or other pet is negotiable also with pet deposit, only if the current tenant’s animals and yours get along and if you are responsible in taking care of them. Another small dog can potentially be negotiated with pet deposit, given all of the animals get along and the owner is responsible in taking care of it. Any damage done to the house due to the animal is the pet owner’s responsibility to pay for and fix.
