The private beach is houses down the street and all the swimming and kayaking you desire.

The house does not have a washer or dryer as yet. I use the laundromat on Sherman street .miles away. There are no outlets for them as yet in the house.

Off street parking, also under a carport, and parking in front on the street for two cars. A new back yard is being installed this week.

The neighbors are all local established home owners, very safe and clean streets.

Really looking for professionals who can use it like it was their own house. I have had short term rentals ( days) in the past and am open to doing it again, like Traveling Nurses for the Hospital which is a minute drive away.

Renter will pay for all utilities, water and garbage.
If rental is for days or days utilities will be extra $.There is driveway parking for cars as well as parking on the street in front of the home.
Beautiful place for your dogs as the park is yards away and it is dog heaven!
