Hello, I have one large ground floor room available for rent. This is a square ft bed bath room share house and the bathroom for this available room is shared by one other tenant on the ground floor. Each room is single occupancy only.

Someone that is very clean, quiet and respectful, keeping shared spaces clean is very important , pleasant to be around, stable job required, good rental history and references, pays rent on time, being considerate of other tenants is very important.
Preference will be shown to those that work in EMS, law enforcement, healthcare, military related industries. Also, those that have experience living in a room share situation.
The house has easy access to freeway and is mins to downtown or the lake
There is a garage for storage of basic items as well.
The current tenants are:
s male that works in security ( ground floor tenant)
's male works in pest control, (basement unit)
s male works in exercise fitness (basement tenant)
Rent Terms:
st months rent and damage deposit required to move in.
lease until end of April . month to month terms available for additional cost per month.
