Private room and private bath

2 bedroom apartment located right next to NIC and 5 minutes from downtown CDA. Beautiful and convenient location. You would have your own room with your own attached bathroom and 2 closets. There’s a laundry room on site and parking pass for $10. Pets are not allowed per the landlord. I’m looking for someone (females only please) to take over my current roommate’s room. She will be leaving at the end of May when our current lease is up (9 month lease). I like to keep things pretty clean and tidy but I also know life gets busy sometimes.
