My lease renews on October 1st and my current roommate is moving out. The room can hold up to a queen sized bed and some shelving units plus has a small closet as well. There is no bathroom attached but you will have access to the guest bath as your own personal bathroom. Other than the room, everything else is furnished which includes: a washer & dryer, TV, couch, patio furniture, and standard kitchen appliances / utensils. Rent is around $1000 a month but includes a ton of amenities which I personally think is worth it! Included in the rent is: WiFi, water / power, trash valet, pool, and year round hot tub use. The only amenity that is paid other than what is included in the flat rent rate is gas but the overall bill stays under $50. The apartment building is in a really good location with it being close to food places, a hospital, gas stations, a Winco and the freeway is less than 5 minutes away. These are obviously the bare minimum details of the apartment itself but I am super flexible to talk about different preferences regarding the apartment and am willing to answer any kind of questions you may have!
