Hello,
My name is Zerena and I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom and bathroom. I live in a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom two-story townhouse, so it would be a bedroom and private bathroom with decent separation. I work full-time nights in healthcare and I am preparing for law school. I have one dog, she is a three-year-old 20 pound Shiba Inu, so I am not open to having other pets at this time. My place is located right off the Garrity exit so it is very close interstate access and I can usually get to Boise within 20 minutes.
