Hi! I plan on moving into the parkway apartments downtown between the last week of July- 1st week of August. I have paid the deposit of 250 to have it held up til august 2nd.
It is a 2b2b place. It has a bunch of amenities, pickle ball courts, basketball court inside and outside, gym, hottub, yoga room, study rooms.
Rent is 1,675. Without including gas, and electric. Which is around 1,730 total.
I am willing to pay more on my half for the master bedroom living me with wanting a roommate for the spare bedroom and bath. I’m planning to rent that half out for 750-800 with utilities. Will have access to amenities.
It’s 20 for a covered parking spot as well.
