The house is a split level two story house near Bannock County Fairgrounds. The upstairs features the living room, kitchen, a bathroom, and two rooms.. The room for rent is downstairs and is a master bedroom with a master bathroom connected to it. The only other room downstairs is the laundry room on the other side of the hall. There is a door to the garage through the laundry room. The bedroom is about 210 sq feet of living space. It has two large closets and an individually controlled mini split unit, allowing you to turn heat or cooling on as you like. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and plenty of counter space and storage. There is also a dedicated industrial shelving rack the renter can utilize for additional storage in the garage. The rack can fit up to nine totes. This rental has tons of space and storage. We can split deposit over five months.
