I have a room available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. (I've included a stock photo of the apartment layout)
You will have a private bedroom and the main bathroom would be yours, but I would need access to the washer dryer that are in that bathroom. (A laundry schedule can be agreed on so you would know when to expect me to need access)
Property management will need to do background check and income verification to allow you to be added as a resident on the property.
Smoking allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. I am super sensitive to cannabis so if you smoke that, it'll have to be away from the apartment.
Water, sewer, trash are included in rent, electric would be split. Internet available for 40 extra per month. I pay for 2 garages (they are open to each other like a standard 2 car garage). You can use the inside of one of them if you take over the cost of that one. But parking in front of garage is available.
I would consider a couple for $1000

I'm looking for someone who picks up after themselves, is respectful (my room is my private space and your room is your private space), and responsible.
