Room for Rent in 2 bed, 1 bath House

Big bedroom (~13' 6" x 10' 8") in a shared 2 bed, 1 bath home. The room has two big closets, easily fits a queen sized bed, and faces east/the front yard.

There is plenty of spare room in the garage to store gear/extra whatever. My car is too big to park in the garage, so that would be available for you.

I have an old, small cat, so no other pets allowed (she's scared of other animals).

There are four garden beds out front and one by the garage. The garden does really well and this year we've had a ton of tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, zucchini, leeks, onions, etc. I'm planning to put in a raspberry bush this spring and try some beans out back - there's room for you to plant what you want, too.

Nice patio in the back yard for relaxing and there's a fire pit and grill.

Washer/dryer included.

We split wifi, gas and electric. Water and trash are included in the rent.

I'm looking for a mature roommate (30-40s, female preferred). The house is pretty clean and I like to keep it neat and tidy. (There are some small piles of stuff in the photos, which is from my current roommate moving out.)

This is a drug free home, vaping outside ok.

I'm a 37 yr old female, working in architecture and slowly finishing my Masters of Architecture thru U of Idaho's Boise campus.
