Room for Rent in 2 bed, 1 bath House

Big bedroom (~13’ 6“ x 10’ 8“) in a shared 2 bed, 1 bath home. The room has two big closets, easily fits a queen sized bed, and faces east/the front yard.

There is plenty of spare room in the garage to store gear/extra whatever. My car is too big to park in the garage, so that would be available for you.

There are four garden beds out front and one by the garage. There’s plenty of room for you to plant stuff.

Nice patio in the back yard for relaxing with a fire pit and grill.

Washer/dryer included.

We split wifi, gas and electric, usually $75 each, depending on AC/heat usage. Water and trash are included in the rent.

The house is in the Sunset neighborhood in Boise and you can easily walk or bike to the greenbelt. Hyde Park is a 10 minute bike ride, takes about 20 minutes to bike downtown. Close to 36th St/Veterans Memorial Parkway - easy access to West Boise, etc.

I’m looking for a mature roommate (30-40s, women or LGBTQ+ only - no straight men, sorry).

Smoking/vaping outside ok. I prefer no cannabis use, but if it’s kept outside and away from me we could discuss.

I have an old, small cat. No other pets are allowed because she’s afraid of other animals (we’ve tried it and I want her golden years to be peaceful).

I’m a 37 year old female working in architecture and slowly finishing my Masters of Architecture through the University of Idaho.
