Private Room & Bath + Utilities Included

I’m looking for a female roommate to share my home. The rental includes a private bedroom and private bathroom, with all utilities included.

The common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen and living room, and there is also a little storage space available in the garage. I have two cats, so being comfortable around cats is important.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I really value having a peaceful home and also enjoy my privacy, so I’ll respect yours as well. I’m not looking for a party-house situation, and I’d like overnight guests to be discussed ahead of time so we’re both comfortable with who is coming into the home.

Ideally, this would be a good fit for someone who wants a comfortable, quiet place to live while still having a friendly and respectful roommate relationship.
