Rooms for Rent in a Spacious Meridian Home

I have 1 room for rent in my home. The house is located in a nice neighborhood in Meridian. there's quick and easy access to Boise and the interstate.

The room is about 10x10 and has carpet flooring. It shares a full bathroom with one other resident. Rent is $800 a month with a 6 month lease, or 1000 month to month. I require a $100 deposit as earnest money in order to hold the room.

Power, gas, water, and sewer, wifi are included. The price I've listed is what you pay. Each resident has a parking space for one vehicle. You'll also have your own space in the pantry, fridge, freezer, and deep freeze. You will have access to a nice washer and dryer.

Im currently renting to 2 other male residents. There are 3 dogs, 2 male standard poodles, and a small female akita mix. They are well behaved and we keep the house and yard clean.

I often rent to people who are in the process of putting their lives back together. Someone once did me this kindness and I try to pay it forward. I don't judge a person for past mistakes. I will have a background check done, but so long as you are currently abiding by the law, a criminal record isn't necessarily disqualifying. I do have people who are on the registry living here. I mention this in case this is a deal breaker for you. Unfortunately, I can't rent to any additional people who are on the registry at the moment. Anyone currently on supervision will need approval from their po.

This is strictly a drug, alcohol, and weapon free household. I'm looking for quiet, responsible adult roommates. No parties, no smoking in the house, and no overnight visitors, please.
