Subleasing a room. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. Looking for a roommate who is reliable and respectful and also gets along with myself and my two pets. I have a german shepherd with special needs and a shy cat. My cat gets stressed easily so for that reason I can't consider anyone else's pets. I work 40-50hours pretty consistently but otherwise I spend my time cooking, taking care of the house, working out or rock climbing and of course watching tv. I would love to cook breakfasts and bbq for us too if you would want to come to a grocery arrangement or do your own thing you will have full access to the kitchen.
