A bit about the roommates: we are two male working professionals in our 20s–30s looking for a third roommate. We generally keep to ourselves but also like to chat in the living room when we can. We also like to keep our spaces clean: wash dishes after meals, thoroughly clean the unit, never leaving items laying on the ground, things like that. Both of us like to stay up late, but due to work one of us has to wake up before sunrise on weekdays. Hobbies include board games, soccer, biking, cars, and going out with friends.

We are looking for a young working professional to live with us. Ideally male and under 40, but we're flexible. Important qualities include being reliable, easy to contact, and respectful of shared spaces.
