House is conveniently located near downtown Boise and in walking distance to BSU. You get the entire upstairs (roughly 600 sq. ft) which includes a bedroom, loft, and private half bath. The upstairs has lots of character and space, but if you are overly tall you may need to duck at times due to the angled ceilings. Shared spaces downstairs are laundry room, kitchen, living room, and full bath (I have my own bathroom, so this is basically all yours!).

I have two friendly cats and while I will respect your privacy, they will not. They are indoor cats and are not allowed outside.

I am 28 years old, easygoing, and work 9-5. When I’m home I like to cook, clean, and talk to friends/game online.
