Hey everyone! I have 2 bedrooms available in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house in Boise near Cole & Overland. I’m looking for one or two roommates interested in a 6–12 month lease.

Rent: If both available rooms are filled, rent would be about $600/month per person. If only one roommate moves in, their portion would be $950/month. Utilities are split evenly between everyone living in the house.

The house has a washer and dryer and is currently lightly furnished, with a couch in the living room. The available bedrooms are unfurnished, and there’s plenty of space in the common areas if you have furniture you’d like to bring.

I’m looking for people who are responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. If you and a friend are looking for a place together, that could work especially well since both rooms are currently available.
