I live in a 3bd 1bth duplex and I have 2 wiener dogs and an older German Shepard, I would prefer not to have any other animals but could cross that bridge if need be with an extra fee, there is a single car garage and live in a corner lot so parking is strange would park in the grass out front, there is a backyard, I work full time and don't party, I like to keep the place clean, I am a car enthusiast and enjoy watching movies and am usually going and hanging out with friends our family or enjoying a quiet night at home but don't mind if you have people over. There is no AC throughout the house so I would suggest getting a portable AC unit or a window AC unit which aren't too horribly expensive.
