You’ll have access to laundry facilities, a full kitchen, two living/lounge areas, and an extra fridge in the garage. Each room includes a garage parking spot with additional storage. The shared areas are partially furnished, while bedrooms are unfurnished.
Rent is $805 per month, which includes water, trash, and sewer. Utilities (electricity, gas, and internet) are separate and typically average $100 to $115 per month. The move-in date is asap, with a 12-month lease and a renewal option available. The landlord requires a screening check as part of the application process.
No pets, children, or couples. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
