Seeking 2 roommates for a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home – Available July 1st!

Looking for housemates to share a well-maintained and welcoming home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood near Cole & Victory, just 15 minutes from downtown Boise. The house offers spacious common areas, modern appliances, plenty of storage, and a relaxing backyard. Private rooms are medium-sized: 10'5" x 11'2" and 11'8" x 10'7".

You’ll have access to laundry facilities, a full kitchen, two living/lounge areas, and an extra fridge in the garage. Each room includes a garage parking spot with additional storage. The shared areas are partially furnished, while bedrooms are unfurnished.

About the Current Tenant: I’m a young professional in the software industry who works from home during the week. I’m easygoing, friendly, and considerate, looking for housemates who are ambitious, kind, and open-minded. Ideally, I’d love to share a space with people who are goal-oriented, whether that’s advancing in their careers, pursuing passion projects, or continuing their education, so we can encourage each other and create that collective energy in the house.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether it’s working out, snowboarding, pickleball, or running. I also love board games and meeting new people.

Rent is $805 per month, which includes water, trash, and sewer. Utilities (electricity, gas, and internet) are separate and typically average $100 to $115 per month. The move-in date is July 1st, with a 12-month lease and a renewal option available. The landlord requires a screening check as part of the application process.

No pets, children, or couples. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
