It’s just myself, I’m looking for a roommate due to prices going up. I have 2 large dogs so you must be okay with dogs, it’s shared common areas, all furnished. The room itself has a side table and dresser which you can use but not keep. Yard is fenced in, attached garage, cul-de-sac parking on street. I work early in the morning so I’ll be moving around 5am I’ll try to be quiet. Utilities are included, and groceries can either be on your own or we can split.
I want to meet people first to gauge how it chores, and of course you can come see the place to see if it works out
