Private furnished bedroom w/queen bed

Heyo! ✌🏾 My place is located right northwest of the East Davenport Village. Pretty light traffic, outside of when The Bix race is going on. Then, it's completely inaccessible until it's over. Good thing it's only once a year lol. Crime over in this corner of the city is effectively non-existent; we live in a pretty calm, monotonous location, fortunately. The Quad Cities in general is still susceptible to the chaotic shenanigans that pop off from time to time, so I'd still lock your car at night 😉

This is a three bedroom home, but I currently only have one furnished bedroom available. It comes with a queen bed, a few drawer dressers, a nightstand, a closet, and a 50-inch smart TV. The house itself has a big ol' backyard; a two-car driveway + ample streetside availability for parking; fully functioning AC; and 1gig-speed internet service. There's only one full bathroom, unfortunately, and there are a handful of outlet, light switch, and vent covers that still need to be replaced along with several small spots along the walls that need to be painted over. These things considered, my home isn't a genuine eye sore, I promise lol. I prioritized all of which that couldn't go without being fixed/replaced when I closed on this place. I moved in afterward, got busy, then kinda forgot about the smaller things 😅 My home definitely isn't an overall travesty, though.

The current occupants are my dog and myself. Trinity and I have no judgement against color, denomination, sexual preference, nor gender. I'm 420 friendly, but I don't smoke myself. If you do smoke, please take precautions to avoid imbuing the smell in anything in the house. I'm cool with pets, as long as they're well behaved, taken care of, and cleaned up after. You'd be paying to stay here, so having guests over really whenever is reasonable. Whenever I plan to have friends and/or family over, I will let you know ahead of time and be considerate of how it may effect your stress levels and sleep schedule. I'd appreciate the same in return, of course. PUH-LEASE 🙏🏽 don't bring anyone over whose ultimately gonna uproot the peace.

I'm personally all about constructive communication, respect, recreation, mental stability, physical health, and peace of mind. Along with that, I myself am pretty down to Earth and have an unhinged, corny sense of humor lol. Outside of work and school, I like to run, exercise, hike, play tennis, even skateboard occasionally, game, sleep... I dunno 🤷🏾‍♂️ lol. I think I'm pretty cool. Anyway, lookin' forward to meeting you!
