For rent: Private bedroom unfurnished in shared home. $600/mo including utilities. $75 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, lower level family room, laundry room, and one full bathroom (shared).

Utilities Include: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, & WIFI.

Location: West End Davenport just blocks from the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, grocery, gas, & public transportation.

Parking: on street parking on busy road. Snow route.

Public Transportation: city bus stop located down the block at Telegraph.

Pets: Not allowed. This home legally maxed out. Even if you have an ESA critter, it will NOT be allowed as this home is legally maxed out on pets. I have a disability and can & will not bring on undue stress to myself, so let’s avoid an issue.

Length of lease: month-to-month. I like to rent month-to-month because life happens &/ or if either party is unhappy at any time, we can go our separate ways. Prefer long term tenant if possible.

Smoker? Outside only for smoking tobacco products. I have a table & chairs in backyard so sit and smoke.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, CashApp, Paypal, Venmo, & Zelle.

About the roomies:

Homeowner: 43/Female MS Warrior w/ 3 happy cats (all female). 1job first shift. Due to MS I have my medical card so cannabis friendly & cooler temperatures is a must. Heat agitates my MS so I have to keep my home cool (66-69°).

Roomies in upstairs room: JTodd/male mid 50’s, no kids, has disability also.

We all keep to ourselves and love our peace and quiet. We are cannabis and LGBTQ+ friendly. Although we have disabilities, my home is NOT handicapped accessible. Background check is a must. I may or may not be lenient on background. Depends on what shows up.
