Hey I’m a 25 year old female looking for a female roommate!

Base rent is $700 plus utilities for you own bedroom in a shared townhome. Amenities include in unit washer/dryer, central AC, dishwasher, garbage disposal, free parking etc. im looking for someone to move in asap. I have no pets and would prefer to keep it this way.

A few things about me: I love hanging out with my friends and spending time in Des Moines enjoying concerts, movies, thrifting etc! I love metal bands, being creative and making fun things for my house or just for fun with my friends. Horror movies are one of my favorite things I like to pass time with!
