Room in Ankeny IA

Room available at Timberland at Crestbruck apartment complex in Ankeny. Only a couple blocks off of Ankeny Blvd, this apartment comes mostly furnished, leaving your room as the only space you need to worry about! If you need furniture, I have a queen sized mattress, a tv stand, and a bookshelf that I could leave in the room for you.

This apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor. The room you would be renting would have a standard closet and a door with a lock for your privacy. The only downside to the room is that it does not have air conditioning in it, however, I would be open to leaving doors open to circulate the air conditioning from other rooms into your space. I do currently have a dog at the property, a senior German Shepherd mix named Vincent, and we are not open to having any other animals.

A little about me, I am a DMACC student finishing up my last couple of semesters studying art and psychology. I am interested in nature and art, and I do spend a lot of my freetime playing different cozy video games. I do my best to clean up after myself and while I don't expect perfection, I would appreciate if my future roommate would clean up after themself as well. My lifestyle is fairly sedentary, I spend a lot of time at home or out with my best friend. Sometimes, I will have family over from out of town to spend a few days at the apartment, or my partner over, but other than that I don't really have many visitors. It would not bother me at all if my future roommate had people over as long as they are respectful of the space and of me.
