My husband and I are renting out a 3 bed 2 bathroom house. We have three cats, though only two are allowed (And the landlord doesn't know we have them.) So if you bring a cat just make sure they're hidden.
We have a washer but no dryer, weird story, and the livingspace is furnished. It's a trailer, with a very small deck. There is a dishwasher with a seperate laundryroom.
The largest room (600 a month) is a 9 by 14. The smallest room (300) is a 8 by 8. The smallest room currently is a storage room (So no pictures). They both have a closet and they do not share a wall. My husband and my's room is at the opposite end of the trailer and we have our own bathroom.
My husband and I are 22 and 23, we had a roommate but he moved out and we're needing one for when I start college this Spring! We tend to be very quiet and never have people over.
We'd prefer if you liked cats, since ours will love on you if you let them. We just want someone quiet, clean and respectful!
