This property offers amenities such as dishwasher, washerdryer, internet, central air and heating, walking paths outside, friendly neighborhood and utilities included. We are near schools, parks, hospitals and gyms. You have access to the entire basement living room, bathroom and bedroom as well as entry door and main floor kitchen. The shared washdry is downstairs which is used for the whole house. Beautiful pond out back and nice neighbors. This is a room in a shared house. We are working professionals and have cats. Aside from the kitchen and entry door, all other main floor spaces are not shared to the entire lower level. Aside from laundry, you have the whole space to yourself and your own entry as well if you want to use it. This is single occupancy and we ask you to respect that. If you want visitors we would ask you to inquire about that first as we do live here. This is the perfect spot for a student who needs study space, a travel nurse, or a travel professional.
