Roommate wanted- 2 bedroom Iowa City

I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment. Besides rent, we will have to split the utility bills for electricity and internet. There is no water utility bill. The living room and bedrooms have their own AC controls. There is only one bathroom in the apartment. There is no in unit laundry, but there is a laundromat area in the basement of the apartment building. The listed security deposit is as high as it is because the apartment complex requires it to be a full months rent for the entire apartment rent. Note that the apartment is owned by Seville Apartments (Barker Apartments) and I am renting from them. All paper work will be done through the owners of the apartment but I can help facilitate contact. The leases are set for a year (renewing at end of July), so you have to commit for at least a year, and there is no option for a shorter lease of any kind. The location is nice because it is right next to a city bus stop, and not too far from campus. I am not interested in being roommates with more than one person. The internet package I use is currently $100 a month and electricity is usually $30 to $40 a month, so total utilities usually come out to be ~$65 each.
