Apartment for Rent! I am looking for a roommate to split rent, internet, and utilities 50:50 from Aug 2026 - Aug 2027.

Located right next the Coralville public library, the 850 square foot apartment is within walking distance to St Morrison park, Coralville's public swimming pool, bike trails, and Coralville's recreation center (with an indoor swimming pool). The apartment is also a short drive away from post offices, banks, restaurants, grocery stores, Interstate 80, and is only a 20 minute drive away from the University of Iowa campus. For those without a car, do not worry! The Apartment is located right on one of Coralville's bus routes, Route 23. The route provides easy transport to The University of Iowa's east campus as well as the pentacrest for only $1/ride for adults. If you plan on relying on the buses for your daily transit, I recommend you get the monthly bus pass through Coralville transit. It is $32 dollars for 31 days of unlimited rides and can save you $8 or more a month. If you are University of Iowa faculty or a student, the university offers a university bus pass for as little as $15 a month, potentially saving you $25 every month on daily travel.
