About to move, looking for a girl roommate!

Hi there!! I’m Grace, and I’m looking for a woman roommate preferable aged 18-24. I will be moving into this new place soon, as living circumstances have changed very suddenly for me. I have lived in Waterloo my whole life except for 2 years during high school so if you’re not from the area I got you! This house is a duplex, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large but unfinished basement. The basement has a walk out to the (unfortunately small) back yard, and a really big window. There’s a nice bay window in the living room, and not a very big kitchen but it definitely will do the job. It is all hardwood floors, but I love rugs lol. I have a 1 year old yellow lab named Enzo who will probably take over the big area in the basement, 2 guinea pigs, and a hamster. I am very social and outgoing, and get along with a lot of people. I work 2nd shift most of the time so I get home around 10:30 some nights. I have furniture and decor for the general space and kitchen but you would be able to do whatever you please with the bedroom. I love going to church on Sundays and having good Christ centered friendships! Some non negotiables for me are that no other pets are brought in, absolutely no smoking in or outside, and alcohol being a very occasional thing in your life. Would love to chat if you’re interested!
