Duplex style house with 2 rooms on the top floor and a bathroom and 2.5 rooms on the bottom floor with bathroom and shared kitchen and living room space.
(Available room is the master bedroom in the bottom floor)
Location is very close to Hoboken and NYC with buses across the street from property and ferry service available 10 mnt away.
We are currently seeking a 4th roommate that is clean, friendly and responsible. We also have a nice size backyard to grill, hangout and soak in some sun!
We are all from different backgrounds and welcome and respect our differences and points of views.
We are Pet and 420 friendly. No smoking indoors however outside or backyard is ok.
