House share with 1 male only 7 mins from HK/NYC

My current roommate just got engaged and will be moving only a few houses away! I've had the best time living with him and am looking for another cool dude to share this great single family house with...

It's the first stop in NJ so only a 7-minute bus ride to Port Authority. The bus literally drops you off in front of the house and the ferry is also three blocks away. Hoboken is just a 10-minute walk away or 3-minute bus ride. The walkway along the Hudson is a couple of blocks away and gives you the most gorgeous view of NYC. From the house, you can see the Empire State Building and the fireworks on 4th of July.

The House:
3 bedroom - 2 bathroom (each has our own bathroom)
3rd bedroom is a guest/relaxing space (I sometimes record in there)
Laundry in basement (real laundry, not coins!)
TONS of storage space in basement (we currently use it for recording drums)
Huge well-equipped kitchen
Backyard with grill and garden area (great for summer BBQs)
Plenty of on street parking always available (only a handful of houses on this block)

Living room well decorated with couch, love seat, flat screen TV, Apple TV, Fios, Nextflix, HuluPlus, HBO
Dining room area with table and 4 chairs.
Bedrooms are upstairs. Living room & kitchen on 1st floor, plus basement -- makes lots of space for privacy or gathering.

About me: composer/writer, I work a lot from home, writing in my room or the backyard (when nice!). I'd LOVE to live with another musician or artist. But not mandatory.
When not at home, I teach a few classes at a college.
I'm clean, kind, fun, considerate, honest, and an all around good guy. Enjoy a glass of wine now and then. Seldom have guests.
I'm gay, but not "typical" - an ex-varsity hockey player who loves sports and beer. Youngest of five kids, so very easy to live with.
There are two amazing, smallish dogs that are well taken care of and beyond lovable. They are MY responsibility but yours to enjoy the unconditional love!
