We are looking for a female roommate to fill a room in a three-bedroom luxury apartment in union city. The Building is in a very convenient location 20 minutes from the city, 5 minutes away from the bus stop and light rail, 10 minutes away from the ferry, and 20 minutes away from EWR airport. About this room: This room is spacious enough to put a queen-size bed with a dresser. This room comes with a closet located in the common area of the apartment. The room has an AC/heater. You will share a bathroom with one other female. We also have our own washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit which is a blessing.

A little bit about us.

1. Women in her 30?s - Jewelry designer, working for a fashion company in Secaucus NJ and studying gemology, likes to cook, watch TV, meditate and yoga.

2. Man in his 30?s - Software Engineer, working for a global content company in Manhattan. Likes to travel but is manly a homebody, works out.

Age, culture, and religion are not an issue but we do respect and understand each other?s personal beliefs and space. This will include, not being loud and not bringing parties to the house. We have been living together for about 2 years. We even hang out with each other, we don?t mind living with someone who is quiet and to themselves just as long as they are positive people. This is a smoke-free, drug-free house and we take this very seriously. We all value a peaceful, clean, and respectful living environment. We all take turns cleaning the house. We are looking for someone who has the same values and is willing to contribute.

Room?s rent is $845, utilities are around $60. There is no deposit required, just rental insurance which costs almost $75 for a year. This is not a sublet, your name will be added to the lease. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The prospective candidate must be making a good annual income and will have to be approved by management. This process can take up to 2 weeks. Our current lease expires in November. We have the option to renew the lease so please keep that in mind
