Private Studio Available

Hello there,

This is not only a great, private studio that is available but it is also located in a wonderful area. Whether you work or go to school in NJ or NY, very easy commute. We are 2 blocks from a bus stop with over 10 different bus routes into NYC, and it is 2 bus stops away from the Lincoln Tunnel (you can see the city from our place). 5 min drive from Jersey City, and cheap Uber/Lyft to to and from Hoboken and JC.

As far as the rental itself, it includes:
- rent
- all utilites
- hi-speed wifi
- parking pass to park on the street

NOTE: Rent for an individual is $1,050; for a couple it is $1,250 (raised slightly for additional utility use). Although the space is quite large, we are capping it at 2 occupants since it is an open studio.

The studio is very large (can have multiple different areas and accommodate large beds). It has private entry access, a private bathroom, and kitchenette w/ Fridge. Also, please note that it doesn't not have a full kitchen (no stove/oven) but we allow the use of an electric plate for cooking). It's basically a mini apartment.
