Female roommate needed for luxury 3b2b apartment!

Looking for a roommate replacement to take over my lease (expires/renews in May 2021) in the Paulus Hook neighborhood in Jersey City! This luxury apartment at 70 Greene offers waterfront views, in unit washer and dryer, floor-to-ceiling windows, twenty four hour concierge desk, as well as many other amenities such as gym and pool (when not in lockdown).

We are <5 minute walk from the Exchange Place Path Station and light rail station, offering very convenient transportation to World Trade Center, Liberty State Park. Additionally, downtown Jersey City is a fifteen minute walk away, offering a wide array of nightlife, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Sharing a three bedroom currently with two other tenants, both female in their mid-twenties. Looking to replace in early-mid August, though am flexible for later. Private bedroom, shared bathroom with one other.

Base Rent: $1575

Utilities are often 100-150/month (includes Wi-Fi). Parking is about 250 month (if applicable).

You would not expect to pay a security deposit, but there would be a fee of around $300 for lease replacement.
