My roommate is moving home, so I need a new roommate to resign the lease for this amazing apartment. The apartment is a 2br/2ba in a building called half moon harbor apartments. It has washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, AC, 24h doorman, indoor parking and free guest parking. Amenities include gym, pool, tennis court and amazing views of the Manhattan skyline. Our lease is up in September, but since my roommate already moved out move in date is flexible.
I?m a 25 year old professional from Sweden, who has been living in this apartment for a year. I?m looking for a roommate who is friendly, no pets and most importantly clean. I do not care what you do in your room, but let?s keep the common areas clean :)!
