Room available in a 3 BR apt, near Journal Sq

Hi there!

I am currently seeking a roommate to occupy a room in a 3 BR apartment in Jersey City, near Journal Square. It's located at a 15-20 minute walk from Journal Sq station, from where you can commute to Manhattan within 15-30 minutes; safe, quiet, residential neighborhood, with nearby grocery stores, laundry down the block and a bodega(that makes epic bacon/egg/cheese sandwiches) on the corner to comply with your living needs.

The apartment has a large living space that is shared by all occupants, including the kitchen and bathroom.

To make moving easier for you I can leave all the pictured furnishings(except for mattress it's just right for me) if you need them. We can work out a deal I'm flexible. If you want to bring your own furniture just let me know. Items in the room that are available for sale are: AC, dresser, desk, small bookshelf, end table, ottoman and sound-proofing curtains all set up (to give you extra privacy. It makes the room feel secluded and cozy).

We're looking for a roommate who is easy to live with, respectful of others' privacy, responsible, clean, and pay rent/bills on time. Ideally we'd like the living environment to be very friendly, where we are all familiar and considerate of each other's preferences. We're not very demanding, but we do have some rules that we all agree on, that would be part of everyone's living routines. Simply, we would like the place to be somewhere where we can all come home to some peace and quiet.
