ISO Female Roommate in Early 20s

Hi! My roommate and I are moving to the Heights in Jersey City and want a 3rd roommate to join us on the lease. Looking for a clean, organized, friendly, and respectful female roommate in her early 20s that could also double as a friend!! We’re currently looking at a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a March 1st move-in. It has a large living room, a dining area, a big kitchen, shared yard, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Lots of windows and natural light. It’s also walking distance to the bus to NYC. Rent for the 3rd bedroom would be under $1000, and the apartment has no broker fee.

About us: We’re both in our early 20s and work full-time (currently remote). I work in product management at a FinTech company and she works at a financing firm. We’re very relaxed and chill, enjoy lowkey weeknights and love going out on the weekends. We tend to have our friends over often so we’re looking for someone that would be comfortable with that as well. We also have a large dog.
